Blocks are made with serrations to seal with the banjo bolt in our customer’s application of routing fluid to the caliper.  Our customers braze a doubled walled tube in the port hole of the block and then braze a crimp shell on the other end.

We can also make these as a one-piece fitting that has the banjo block, tube, and crimp shell made from bar stock no assembly is required.
